ASSISTANT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Team Leader is one of the most important roles at Hummus & Garlic. In this position, you'll help oversee the restaurant's day-to-day operations while ensuring the team is running efficiently and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will work closely with the Team Leader to solve problems, support staff, and keep operations smooth and organized. This role carries both responsibility and opportunity-perfect for someone ready to grow into a top leadership position.

Hummus & Garlic is a growing brand, and we are actively developing future leaders. This role is designed as a stepping stone to prepare you for a Team Leader (General Manager) position.

Requirements

Previous experience in a leadership role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
