Job Summary

The Hospitality Service Manager operates in a high-touch executive environment, managing both individual and group workflows to deliver seamless, high-caliber service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. Overseeing space optimization and the precise delivery of all onsite meetings and events, this role embodies operational excellence through transparent daily reporting and a collaborative partnership with client leadership. As an adaptable ambassador for the brand, the manager contributes to broader strategic initiatives while maintaining a sophisticated on-site presence five days a week . 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead with presence and professionalism.
• Coordinate resources thoughtfully to ensure all high-visibility service areas are fully and appropriately staffed.
• Provide proactive, articulate, and timely communication across the team and leadership, anticipating needs and adjusting swiftly to ensure flawless front desk and floor operations.
• Ensure space optimization practices, tools, and processes are kept to the highest standard through regular quality assurance checks.
• Ensure conference spaces are tailored to requested specifications (tables, chairs, theater, classroom, boardroom) with attention to detail and ambiance.
• Act as a central, responsive resource for workplace requests, facilities tickets, and day-to-day operational needs.
