Recruiting for this role ends on October 15, 2026 Work you'll do As a Manager, Life Science Market Access on the Deloitte Life Sciences & Health Care practice team, you will be responsible for delivering Market Access, pricing, and reimbursement engagements for Life Sciences clients. Lead Market Access workstreams spanning pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, and evidence generation.Partner with client access strategy, medical, and commercial leaders to address market access priorities and develop actionable recommendations.Translate business questions into structured analyses, synthesized insights, and client-ready deliverables.Leverage Market Access data sets to provide actionable insights for Life Science clientsManage day-to-day client delivery, including working sessions, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications.Support practice growth through pursuits, solution development, team coaching, and the use of analytics and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency. These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in business strategy development and problem-solving, both domestically and globally. We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Life Sciences organizations from bio-technology firms to global big pharma to medical devices, to drive business value through end-to-end delivery of solutions based on strategy development for heart of business issues. Qualifications Required: 6+ years of experience in Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, or Life Sciences commercial strategy consulting4+ years of experience working with Market Access and payer-facing client teams4+ years of experience in the US Life Sciences ecosystem, including payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, access challenges, and evidence requirements4+ years of experience serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other Life Sciences clients, including pursuit support, solution development, and engagement delivery3+ years of experience working with market access data sets2+ years of experience evaluating healthcare value chain economics and stakeholder incentives by stakeholder group1+ years of experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflowAbility to travel 30%+, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience leading workstreams in pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, or evidence generationExperience preparing executive-level deliverables for client and internal leadership audiencesExperience facilitating client working sessions and presenting recommendations to stakeholdersExperience using analytics tools to support business insights and recommendationsExperience collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into analytical or technology-enabled solutionsExperience mentoring and developing practitioners The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$163,400 to $322,100.
