Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide frontline technical support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end users, and delivering exceptional service. • Job Type: Direct Hire(Contract to Hire preferred)

• Location: Los Angeles, CA or Orange County, CA (100% Onsite)

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70,000-$75,000 annually.

What You'll Do:

• Provide frontline technical support to end users through inbound phone calls, ticketing systems, and other communication channels.

• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and user access issues.

• Manage incoming support calls while maintaining accurate ticket documentation, prioritizing incidents, and ensuring timely resolution.

• Set up and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment and conferencing technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and meeting room systems.

• Collaborate with IT teams, **escalate** complex issues when necessary, and maintain clear communication and follow-up with users.

What Gets You the Job:

• 2+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or technical support experience, including experience in a high-volume phone support or call center environment.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), desktop hardware, printers, mobile devices, and remote support tools.

• Experience with ITSM or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Zendesk, or similar systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with A/V and conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Teams Rooms, or Crestron. Law firm or professional services experience and a technology-related degree are preferred.
