Senior Front-End Developer
We're seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to lead the development of intuitive, performant, and reliable user interfaces. You'll own the frontend architecture for key product areas and work closely with backend engineers, designers, and QA to deliver a polished user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, accessible, high-performance UIs using React
- Own frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices/patterns
- Collaborate with UX/design to translate mockups into production-quality interfaces
- Optimize application performance (rendering, bundle size, load times)
- Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data sources
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Participate in code reviews and mentor other frontend engineers
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/accessible design
- Experience with state management, component architecture, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with REST APIs and real-time data (WebSockets or similar)
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries
- Experience with frontend testing tools and practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience building UI for real-time or mission-critical applications
- Experience with CI/CD and frontend build tooling
- Familiarity with GenAI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and cloud-based AI services
