Our GTM role requires strong ownership, requiring end-to-end accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into outcomes.Key Areas of ResponsibilityGTM strategy & executionDefine and drive go-to-market plans aligned to Americas business priorities (incl. BFSI)Translate global campaigns into focused, account-driven programsPipeline ownershipOwn marketing contribution to pipeline (creation, acceleration, conversion)Ensure strong funnel performance and coverage across priority accountsSales partnershipAct as a day-to-day partner to sales leadership and account teamsCo-define target accounts, growth plays, and pipeline prioritiesBring clear recommendations on where to invest to drive revenueStrategic program leadershipLead and execute end to end high-impact initiatives (executive events, partner-led plays, industry activations)Ensure every program is tied to pipeline outcomes, not just activityCross-functional orchestrationConnect product marketing, digital, BDRs, sales, customer teams, and partnersDrive alignment and ensure consistent execution across teamsCustomer & partner growthSupport and regional land-and-expand strategy across AMSIdentify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy at account levelPerformance & insightsTrack pipeline performance and campaign ROIProvide clear, actionable insights and adjustmentsTeam contribution & mentoringAct as a senior voice within the teamSupport and mentor developing team membersHelp elevate overall team capabilities and ways of workingMinimum RequirementBachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or another related field of study or equivalent work experience5- 8 years in B2B marketing, ideally cybersecurity / SaaSStrong experience in go-to-market strategy and executionProven track record of driving pipeline and business impactExperience working directly with sales leadershipCommercial mindset with focus on outcomes (not activity)Ability to operate across a global, matrix organizationUnderstanding Field & Channel Market scopeApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.
