Green Bay drivers, you got your CDL to make money, not to sit on a waitlist. This regional fleet trains new drivers and has you home every week.
How It Works
- Train with an experienced driver, $850 a week
- Go solo in your own truck once you are signed off
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
The Run
- Midwest regional, dry van
- About 2,000 miles per week
- Home weekly, 34 hour restart
- Majority drop and hook
Pay
- $1,400 average weekly gross
- Monthly performance bonus
Benefits

- $300 orientation pay, and the trip to orientation is covered
- Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
