Many employers share specifics during the interview process or after an initial screen.## Resume Keywords to IncludeMake sure these keywords appear in your resume to improve ATS scoringORAfter EffectsPremiere ProVideoMotionGraphicDesignerResponsibilitiesSign up free to auto-tailor your resume with all these keywords and get a higher ATS score## Job descriptionWe're seeking a Video and Motion Graphic Designer who leads with curiosity — someone who does their best work at the intersection of design and motion, and is eager to grow their craft across a wide range of formats and clients.### Responsibilities* Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, brands, social media, and events* Develop storyboards, illustrations, and graphic packages that communicate compelling stories* Produce fast-turnaround creative for live events and presentations* Maintain visual consistency and quality across all deliverables* Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and producers from concept through delivery### Qualifications* 2–3 years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio or reel* Advanced proficiency in After Effects; Premiere Pro experience preferred* Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling* Social-first mindset with knowledge of current content trends* Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills* Bonus: Experience with 3D animation, illustration, or emerging AI creative toolsNote: This is a hybrid position that requires being in our Georgetown office three days per week on a flexible schedule. Our team meets for lunch every Wednesday, and we encourage crew members to join us in person for two additional days of their choosing. NJI does not currently offer relocation fees.
