As a Registered Nurse in our home health care team, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized patient care within a supportive nursing team environment. You will monitor patient vitals, educate patients on health management, and respond effectively to emergencies, all during standard weekday hours. Your work will directly impact patients' well-being in their own homes, ensuring safety and comfort through diligent care and infection control practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home health settings
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient status and care provided
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety
- Continuous monitoring of patient health and progress
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
