In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing loan files, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting the full loan lifecycle. What You’ll Do Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness Verify income, identification, title, and supporting documentation Maintain precise data entry in CRM and loan processing systems Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal teams on loan status Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Partner with underwriting, sales, and funding teams to meet deadlines Proactively follow up on outstanding conditions and documentation What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Clear and professional written and verbal communication Google Workspace, and web-based tools Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset Preferred (but not required): Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, or financial services Background in customer service, administrative support, or data entry Entry-level candidates with strong administrative or analytical skills are encouraged to apply. $17.00/hour base pay Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Schedule & Location Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM In-person role in Austin, TX 78728 Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start You’ll do well in this role if you: Take ownership and pride in your work Enjoy structured processes and measurable goals Work well in a collaborative, team-driven environment Are motivated to grow within a fast-paced fintech company #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
