Travel Surgical Tech/ORT - Certified Surgical Technologist/CST

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position requiring 18 months of specialty experience.

Job Details

• Hospital-based Surgical Services department,
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM,
• 13-week assignment length,
• Expected to work every other holiday,

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty required, preferably within the last 3 years,
• Active AHA certifications required at time of consideration; no pending certifications accepted,
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license required if applicable,
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applying specialty from an assignment worked in the past 12 months,
• COVID-19 vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only,
• Flu vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only,

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate,
• Permanent candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date,
• RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process,
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
