This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity: 

Schedule: 24hour call - August 3 & 4, 2026 ONLY

Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based

Types of Cases: Adult general surgery cases

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 month, temporary privileges available for qualified candidates

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required: Board Certification in General Surgery and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification

Licensure Required: Active Virginia medical license
