Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 2026/2027 School Year Company: ProCare Therapy Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/27 school year in Thousand Oaks, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment, supporting students with speech, language, communication, and social development needs. Work Schedule Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $55-$65/hour (based on experience, credentials, and school setting) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) options Weekly pay Ongoing clinical and professional support Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for speech and language services Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support communication development Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support students with a range of communication disorders Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain) Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred School-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills How to Apply To learn more, please submit your current resume.
