Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$14.00 / hour
Part Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )

• Set up and operate press equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient operation.

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Document production data and report any equipment or quality issues to supervisors.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and operate production equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
