Job Description Provide dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments. Take and process dental radiographs. Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, chart oral conditions, and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the connection between oral and systemic health. Document and communicate findings and treatment recommendations to the dentist. Adhere to infection‑control protocols and OSHA/HIPAA standards. Participate in team meetings and stay current with clinical best practices and continuing education.
