Onsite, Cypress, CA. Ecommerce Manager - up to $140,000 base salary R2 is proud to partner with a dynamic organization at the forefront of all things CPG. This company is recognized for delivering innovative, data-driven strategies across platforms and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. They are committed to empowering their teams, driving measurable growth for clients, and staying ahead of industry trends. They are actively seeking an Ecommerce Manager to scale eCommerce growth, execution, and performance across key their key channels - specifically Amazon 1P & 3P. In this role, you will manage internal and external relationships, optimize conversion rate, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. What You’ll Bring 7+ years’ experience in eCommerce. 5+ years experience in both Amazon Vendor & Seller Central. Including hands on experience with Amazon Advertising & Sponsored Strong understanding of P&L Management, margin structures & retailer metrics Experience managing cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, product and operations. Strong understanding of eCommerce and full funnel strategy Confident working with A/B testing, analysis and more What You’ll Receive Base salary up to $140,000 for the right candidate Generous PTO + paid US holidays 401(k) matching Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
