• Working knowledge of JHAs, JSAs, pre-task planning and toolbox talks
• Strong understanding of fall protection, lifting, rigging, PPE and general construction hazards
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Confidence working with both craft personnel and senior project leadership
• Ability to work a 6-day project schedule

Certification Requirement:

Candidates should hold STS, CHST or an equivalent recognized safety certification .

The strongest candidates will be practical, credible and highly visible in the field. You should be comfortable addressing unsafe work immediately while still building strong relationships with the crews and project teams around you.
