About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead its strategic efforts in building and maintaining a world-class, diverse, and high-performing workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global recruiting operations, from creating and executing scalable, data-driven talent acquisition strategies to enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience. This role demands a leader who can partner with senior management to ensure that talent acquisition aligns with the company's long-term business objectives and market demands. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, advising on market trends, and optimizing recruiting processes to attract exceptional talent across all functions.
