Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a compassionate, dependable Speech Therapist/Speech-Language Pathologist for a new therapy partnership in Bellwood, Illinois. This PRN role provides Medicare Part B services in an Intermediate Care Facility serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Setting and Responsibilities:

You will provide relationship-based speech therapy within an Intermediate Care Facility using an outpatient Medicare Part B service model. The resident population consists of adults with developmental disabilities who benefit from individualized support to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, functional independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned caseload.
• Dependable, flexible, and patient-centered approach.
• Strong interest in helping adults improve communication and functional independence.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or Medicare Part B services is preferred but not required.
