Title: Senior Solutions Architect II Location: United States; Remote, EST or CST Experience: Senior Job Function: Professional Services Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Computer & Network Security Travel Requirements: About the Position The Advanced Solutions Architect provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects. They drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements, collaborate closely with Sales teams on pre‑sales activities, and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues. Job Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects. Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements. Collaborate with Sales teams on pre‑sales activities. Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues. Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions. Identify and mitigate risks in solution implementations. Actively contribute to the improvement of service delivery processes. Mentor and coach junior team members. Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience. Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity. Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes. Competent understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. Competent with Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services. Competent with Unix/Linux. Competent in scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.). Competent in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography. Competent with business application suites such as Microsoft 365. Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision‑making. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
