Finance Manager

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance metrics Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations that support business decisions Oversee month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and operational planning Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability trends Assist with annual audits and support external auditor requests Improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and executive leadership teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills CPA, MBA, or public accounting experience is a plus Preferred Background Experience supporting multi-entity organizations or fast-paced environments Exposure to FP&A, operational finance, or strategic planning initiatives Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr SpectrumCareers
