Position: Development Representative
Location: Garner, NC (Onsite)
Pay: Starting pay of $17/hour + Commission
Experience: Cold calling experience preferred.
Education: High-school diploma or equivalent.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! The Business Development Representative works within the Sales Department of the Application Development Division and is responsible for developing new accounts through generating leads and taking prospects through the sales process. Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in the division
- Complete initial training program and attend weekly sales meetings for recurring training
- Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members
- Clearly and accurately explain features and benefits to prospects in non-technical terms
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system and update records as required and instructed
- Comply with company policy for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information
- Make a minimum of 500 calls per week to qualified prospects
- Work as part of a team of dedicated sales reps to achieve team sales goals
- Meet ramp expectations as set forth in the VM Sales Growth Plan
Position Requirements:
