Maintenance Manager

Job Title

Manage daily maintenance needs and routine preventive maintenance work to ensure the proper upkeep of the machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment within the designated facility. This may include, but is not limited to, conveyors, PLC, packaging equipment, minor electrical, hydraulics, refrigeration, water treatment and boilers. This may require interpreting service manuals.

Evaluate and edit programmable logic controllers, servo motors and drives

Establish and manage relationships with equipment manufacturers and 3rd party technicians to understand equipment preventative maintenance schedules, equipment optimization settings, and diagnose equipment failures

Supervise the assembly, maintenance, and repair office area including lighting, bathroom plumbing, paint, trim and furniture. Clean, patch and paint as needed.

Ensure that all maintenance tools are in good working condition and stored neatly and securely.

Maintain tool inventory. May assist with sourcing tools, parts and supplies

Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

Ensure compliance with food health and safety policies

Must have food/beverage manufacturing machinery experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload and request resources and information needed to do the job.

Ability to focus on key issues and consider/recommend reasonable alternatives

Must have basic / intermediate computer skills

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is required to do the following:

Frequently is required to stand, use hands, fingers, feel and reach with hands and arms.

Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Regularly required to talk or hear.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
