Responsibilities

Assist the clinical team in delivering patient support in an outpatient-style environment

Prepare for patient visits and support daily clinic operations from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Support workflow to help ensure care is delivered efficiently

Work as part of a care team in a professional clinical setting

Required Skills

Experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a closely related clinical support role

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established clinical processes

Professional communication skills for interacting with patients and staff

Ability to work effectively in a Monday–Friday schedule

Additional Skills & Requirements

Bilingual skills are a plus

Ability to work in a role that is temporary for 2 months or more
