Your ability to interpret complex data, develop actionable insights, and communicate financial results helps steer informed decision-making in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Job Description:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for assigned departments, business units, or propertiesDevelop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning, margin analysis, and long-range financial strategyProvide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting and dashboards that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, HR, and other departments to analyze performance, identify cost drivers, and improve financial outcomesTranslate business initiatives and operational data into meaningful financial insights to support executive-level decision-makingMonitor KPIs and prepare financial summaries with clear recommendations for improving revenue growth, expense control, and capital utilizationAssist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and executive reviewsSupport pricing strategies, ROI analysis for capital investments, and cost-benefit evaluations for strategic initiativesContribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems, forecasting tools, and process automation to improve planning efficiency and accuracyEnsure financial planning practices adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policiesMentor junior analysts and collaborate on cross-functional project teams to promote financial discipline across the organizationEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance; hospitality, gaming, or multi-unit business experience preferredDemonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelingAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities with a detail-oriented, data-driven approachExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholdersStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to influence outcomes in a dynamic environmentExperience with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Tableau) preferredExperience with Workday is strongly preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environmentRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plusAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 25lbs.Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerOccasionally standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSmokyNoisyDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
