Senior Loan OfficerJoin JFK Financial as a Senior Loan Officer and originate residential mortgages for families across the Western U.S. Competitive splits, in-house operations, and a supportive culture.We're looking for an experienced Senior Loan Officer with a proven track record in residential mortgage origination. You'll work directly with borrowers and referral partners across our 12-state footprint, supported by an in-house team of underwriters, processors, and funders that consistently closes loans in 10–25 days.Responsibilities:Originate conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and refinance loansBuild relationships with realtors, builders, and past clientsEducate borrowers on programs and guide them from application to closeMaintain compliance with all federal and state regulationsRequirements:Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain quickly)3+ years of mortgage origination experienceStrong network of referral partners preferredBilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
