Operates in a high-performance fintech environment leveraging automation, data, and intelligent workflows. Converts inbound merchant-sourced leads into funded HELOCs, provides hands-on operations support across the loan lifecycle, ensures compliance, and drives a seamless borrower experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwns end-to-end origination of HELOC loans sourced from inbound merchant-channel leadsProvides operations support across the loan lifecycle, including application intake, document collection, conditions clearing, and pipeline coordinationManages high-volume pipeline with speed accuracy and disciplined follow-throughLeverages AI-enabled tools to enhance borrower engagement and conversionExecutes within automated digital workflows minimizing manual interventionEnsures compliance with regulatory, investor, and internal standardsIdentifies and escalates risks, exceptions, and compliance concernsCollaborates cross-functionally to progress loans and resolve blockersRequired Skills/QualificationsHolds active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license and expands licensing footprint as requiredDemonstrates 2+ years of mortgage origination experienceIs licensed in good standing as a mortgage loan originator with the State of NevadaWill be present at the licensed office location for which he or she is designated the majority of the time that the office is open to the publicHas at least 2 years verifiable experience in the business of lending money for real estate or mortgages within the five years immediately preceding this roleBalances loan origination with hands-on operational support and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentApplies strong knowledge of HELOC products, borrower qualification, and loan structuringDrives results with urgency, accountability, and consistent conversion of inbound opportunitiesCollaborates effectively with operations, compliance, and partners to achieve resultsCommunicates clearly and translates complex financial concepts for borrowers and stakeholdersIntegrates data guidelines and risk factors to make sound decisions and anticipate downstream impactsMaintains knowledge of loan origination systems, digital platforms, and automated workflowsOur compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
