The Project Manager will drive the client implementation and will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM, Finance and/or SCM deployment projectsManage project execution leveraging the Workday Deployment Methodology and sound Project Management discipline on all projects.Managed at least one (1) large Workday HCM, Finance and/or SCM implementation or two (2) mid-sized Workday engagementsDemonstrate competency in at least one of the Workday product suitesParticipate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate a solution, contribute on proposal pursuits and writing Statement of WorkProvide guidance and mentoring to Consulting resources working on the implementationEnsure projects are properly planned and staffedWork with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues which could impact project scope and/or timeframesWork with Workday's Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpointsPresent at Executive Steering Committee meetingsEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday best practicesIdentify opportunities to position other Workday modules and or other Impact Advisors offeringsEnsure the client can serve as a reference upon completion of implementationAssist in the transition of the customer from implementation to Workday customer supportEnsure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOWPresent client with change orders for tasks, timeline changes, resource shortfalls for tasks outside of the SOW scopeComplete Timesheets and Expense Reporting weeklyQualificationsExperience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementation projectsExperience managing multiple Workday tenantsExtensive experience leading and managing HCM, Payroll, Financial and/or SCM implementation projects for medium to large complex organizationsExperience implementing Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, Infor/Lawson or similar applicationExcellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceWorkday EM/PM Certification preferredHealthcare industry experience preferredBusiness development skillsPassion for delivering exemplary customer servicePMP Certification a plusAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $154,652-$230,122.For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
