Telecom Billing Associate – Construction Projects - Remote/WFH – Greater Philadelphia, PA area.

TekCom Resources is seeking an experienced internal Telecom Billing/Invoicing Associate. In this role, you   will support our billing operations with precision and accuracy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing within   Sitetracker, our client’s project management system. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing/invoicing and data entry, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting timesheets and organizing them to confirm the correct information has been completed to invoice correctly.
• Enter invoices into Sitetracker   within 12 hours of issuance—this is a non-negotiable SLA that directly impacts project flow and client satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the Office/Billing Assistant Administrator to ensure all billing entries are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail when entering invoice data, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies
• Submit a   weekly timesheet   and a   report summarizing invoice volume   and entry status
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to flag delays or issues that may impact billing timelines
• Uphold data integrity and confidentiality across all billing records and systems

What will catch our eye:

• Proven experience in data entry, billing, or administrative support—preferably in a telecom or project-based environment
• Familiarity with SiteTracker or similar project management platforms is a strong plus
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with consistent availability

Schedule & Compensation:

• This will be a Remote/WFH position. Ideally, you’ll be based in the Greater Philadelphia area for training and monthly meetings.
• Compensation $25/hr. - $27/hr. DoE
• TekCom pays for the employee’s monthly health premiums
