Title: Business OCM Consultant
Location : Baltimore, MD
Required Qualifications
This role will make sure business stakeholders are ready to go for the GO LIVE. This role will be supporting Strategic initiates and will be working closely with EMPOs, Product Managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
The HM is looking for seasoned Organizational Change Management consultant that is Business Focused.
8+ years solid Organizational Change Management experience.
Must have solid healthcare experience.
Prosci certification is a nice to have, however the team follows Prosci framework .
Stakeholder Analysis experience.
Change impact analysis experience.
Identify areas where training is required.
Create and update processes as well as create change reports and communications.
Must have some understanding of CMS mandates .
