The Impact You'll Make
As a Cashier & Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first smile customers see and the last “thank you” they hear. You’ll help them find the right products, answer questions, and make checkout quick and easy. Whether it’s guiding a first-time DIYer or helping a contractor load supplies, you’ll be a key part of why customers keep coming back.

What You'll Do
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, helpful shopping experience.
Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
Assist customers in finding products, explaining features, and suggesting solutions.
Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Support the team with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store appearance.
Assist with loading customer purchases into vehicles when needed.
Operate a forklift (if certified) to move and stock heavy items — forklift qualification is a plus.
What You'll Bring
A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine desire to help people.
Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Previous retail, hardware, or customer service experience is a plus.
Forklift certification is a plus — training may be available for the right candidate.
