Assistant Manager

Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our468-unit apartment community in Aurora!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Take the next step in your multi-family housing career Requirements At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community. Yardi/CRM experience is required. Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs. Must be able to work on Saturdaywith an alternative day off during the week, once per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
