This position is the highest ranking culinary position in Mountain Dining and will assist the senior management team in ensuring all restaurants are delivering a high quality product to our guests. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $63,431.73 - $75,000.00 + annual bonus Employment Type: Year Round Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Planning and executing all banquets and events Ensure food safety across entire resort Staff Scheduling to required budgeted thresholds Ordering/ receiving Menu Development Training all culinary staff Strict adherence to budget Job Requirements: 5 years culinary management experience Advanced Culinary Skills Strong organizational and planning skills Strong time management skills Good communication skills The expected pay range is $63,431.73 - $75,000.00 + annual bonus.
