Service Center Representative

To support the claims processing team, the part-time virtual Service Center Representative will manage medical claims, communicate with providers about the claims process, and ensure accurate documentation and issue resolution. Key responsibilities Process medical claims and serve as the primary liaison with callers regarding claims-related inquiries Educate customers on documentation requirements, timelines, and claim statuses through various communication channels Accurately enter application information into the claims management system and direct calls to appropriate contacts as needed Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred One year of customer service and claims experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management Inbound call center experience preferred Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory
