Sanitation Team Member - Boston Bakery

We are looking for Sanitation Team Members to join our Boston Bakery! Our Sanitation team plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards that support our bakery operations and product quality. Sanitation Team Members help ensure kitchen equipment, dishwashing areas, cookware, and workspaces remain clean, safe, and fully operational throughout each shift. We are looking for team members who are dependable, team oriented, and thrive in fast paced environments while maintaining strong attention to cleanliness and organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We expect our Sanitation team members to: Work collaboratively and support the bakery team wherever needed Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization Bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every shift Live Tatte’s core values and help support our mission Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen utensils Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine and dish area Unload and organize dishes and utensils after washing Maintain clean and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage spaces Stock supplies throughout food preparation and storage areas Transport supplies between storage and production areas as needed Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness standards throughout the bakery Support sanitation and food safety standards at all times Other related assignments as necessary ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen or bakery environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time Flexibility to work a variety of shifts QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Prior experience working in a fast paced kitchen, bakery, or restaurant environment preferred Passion for cleanliness, organization, and supporting team operations Desire to learn, grow, and support the bakery team wherever needed OUR BENEFITS & PERKS Competitive Pay: $18.00–$24.15/hour, depending on experience 401(k) with company match Free employee assistance program services Flexible schedules with no late nights Health, dental, and vision insurance Generously discounted meals and free drinks Exciting potential for growth Please note that Tatte is an E-Verify employer.
