Position Overview Reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director, the Senior Designer plays a key role in executing the visual identity and 360 marketing campaigns across all channels. In this role, you will translate high-level creative direction into polished design deliverables—ranging from digital graphics, web, social, and email to print, out-of-home (OOH), and physical album packaging. You will also oversee material selection and quality control for K-Pop styled physical releases, album inclusions, and official logo/graphics applied imagery. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area at their own expense prior to their start date — we are not offering relocation assistance for this role, though it may be considered on a case-by-case basis for select candidates. Key Responsibilities Brand Design & Campaign Execution Partner with the Creative Director and Art Directors to build out 360 campaign assets, ensuring visual consistency across all digital, print, and physical touchpoints. Design assets for all marketing channels, including digital media, website, email templates, paid ads, print collateral, OOH displays, offline activation (i.e. pop up stores, concert tour) and basic motion/video assets. Review internal and external marketing materials to ensure proper application of logos, typography, and visual brand guidelines. Design layouts and prepare print-ready artwork for physical album formats, including CDs, vinyl, cassette tapes, outer boxes/sleeves, and multi-page booklets/photobooks. Select materials, paper stocks, and specialty finishes (e.g., foil stamping, embossing, spot UV) for all packaging components. Lead quality control for all physical album inclusions and collectibles, such as photocards, postcard sets, stickers, lyric sheets, and posters. Coordinate with print vendors and manufacturing partners to review physical proofs, color matches, and material samples to ensure flawless production quality. Design Mastery & Innovation Apply expert typography, graphic design, layout, and composition skills to deliver fresh, visually compelling solutions. Understand channel‑specific requirements and performance specs to design assets that drive high engagement and ROI. Maintain a clean, organized asset library and project filing system for easy cross‑functional access. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Social Media, Marketing, and Creative Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet strategic goals. Present creative ideas clearly in small group settings and team share‑outs. Stay up to date with design trends, visual culture, typography, and digital innovations to continuously bring new perspectives to the team. Qualifications 4–6+ years of graphic design experience within music, fashion, beauty, entertainment, or a creative agency. Proven experience designing physical packaging and/or music releases (CD/Vinyl packaging, photobooks, K‑Pop style album inclusions) with a deep understanding of pre‑press production, paper stocks, specialty finishes, and vendor QC. A strong portfolio demonstrating elevated graphic design, physical packaging design, 360 campaign execution, expert typography, and photo retouching. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a strong plus. Proven hands‑on photo retouching, color grading, and image manipulation expertise. Thorough understanding of production specs for digital, print, physical manufacturing, social media platforms, and out‑of‑home media. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple physical and digital deliverables in a fast‑paced environment. Salary Range The salary range for this job is $82,500 to $105,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
