Change Coordinator & Project Management

About The Role The Change Coordinator and Project Management position plays an important role on the change management team, maintaining ZT Internal and customer Build of Materials (BOM) through the end-to-end change control process (planning, review, implementation, and closure). This diverse role involves engineering, production, data analysis, and SAP, and focuses on improving processes within and adjacent to the change management team. Cross‑functional teams are advised on how changes will impact them and kept aware throughout implementation. What You'll Do Maintain customer BOMs and information within the ZT internal PLM system (Agile), which drives subsequent functions including material ordering and production builds. Review and maintain customer BOMs after they are released in the customer PLM systems to ensure consistent material alignment. Engage all manufacturing disciplines in the review and disposition of BOM changes. Thoroughly understand processes affecting the change management team and identify opportunities for improvement based on cross‑functional feedback. Drive implementation of process changes and coordinate with impacted cross‑functional teams to ensure success of new or updated processes. Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure change compliance while minimizing operations impact. Collaborate with customers to close open items in the PLM and issue tracking systems. Collect and analyze data and report to customers weekly or monthly. Understand internal and customer processes to drive prioritization. Be independent and creative, exploring and proposing new ways of doing things. Think on your feet and react quickly to challenges. Understand the ZT tools so tasks can be assigned without additional direction. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ minimum years of relevant experience or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in a project management role, multitasking and managing competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to drive changes to closure with team members who do not report to the same team. Great communication skills to describe changes to other teams and management, ensuring alignment or updating processes based on feedback. Self‑starter who holds themselves accountable for quality and timeliness of work. Desire to make improvements that benefit the organization and advance continuous improvement goals. Significant experience in Excel, including pivots and VLOOKUPs, to support customer data analysis. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Compensation & Benefits The typical base salary for this position is $82,500–$110,000 yearly, with compensation determined on an individual basis based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
