QA Team Lead

Summary Morgan & Morgan is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead to own the quality of the systems and products that power how our firm serves clients; spanning our CRM workflows, client-facing intake experiences, document and template automations, and the broader product portfolio as it grows. This is a player-coach role: you'll lead a small QA team of 2-4 analysts, stay hands-on with testing yourself, and set the standard for how change gets validated before it reaches production. Position Responsibilities Lead the QA team. Assign work, review test cases, coach analysts on technique and defect triage, and help hire as we grow. Own the QA process. Build and maintain test plans, regression suites, and defect-tracking standards across the systems and products we support. Coordinate testing across sandbox and production environments, and communicate risk to project leads before releases. Test hands-on. Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests across our CRM workflows and automations, client-facing intake and self-screening tools, document and template systems, and any new products the firm brings into the portfolio. Improve how we work. Spot gaps in the process; repeated defect types, environment drift, missed handoffs, and lead the fixes. Partner with product and admin teams during solutioning so quality is baked in from the ticket.
