Job Summary Location: Franklin, TN | Job Schedule: Full‑time, Hybrid (4 days on‑site) | Education: Bachelor’s degree | Sponsorship: No Role Overview We are looking for a Buyer 1, Aftersales to join our team in Franklin, TN. In this role you’ll support a defined group of commodities by partnering with subject matter experts to drive sourcing initiatives, cost reductions, analyze data, and support strategic decision‑making. You’ll track and report on key metrics, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers, and prepare timely, accurate presentations. Responsibilities Lead sourcing activities for assigned commodities, including negotiating pricing, managing suppliers, and developing strategic sourcing plans. Analyze supplier options and data to recommend competitive sourcing decisions and support cost reduction initiatives. Manage contracts, purchase orders, and cost changes while ensuring compliance and accurate record‑keeping. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to address quality, cost, delivery, and design issues. Track performance against departmental goals, validate savings data, maintain reporting systems, and initiate actions to meet targets and deadlines. Qualifications 0–2 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Working knowledge of MS Office. Ability to work on‑site in Franklin, TN.
