Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Full-Time | $25-$40/hour

What You' ll Do:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and light commercial settings.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Install replacement parts and complete necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to industry standards
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

What We' re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with ductless systems is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious

Requirements:

• Valid driver' s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• EPA Certification required
• Must provide your own tools
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
