Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
• Assist customers in selecting the ideal CDJR vehicle to match their needs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong product knowledge of CDJR vehicles.
• Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love.
• Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Go-getters with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed
• Previous sales experience (automotive is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
