Requirements Job ID: 3331175Type: General Cardiology Physician Board Certified in CardiologyBoard Certified to read Cardiac Imaging studies to include Nuclear Stress tests - not a deal breaker if they can't read NUCs this would be preferred by not requiredPreferred 5 years experienceThe provider will be working in a solo practice there is currently an APP in that location but she will be leaving at the end of SeptemberShift:o Monday - Thursday: 8am-6pmo 3 weeks per month 1 physician willing to do 3 weeks per month DO NOT want multiple providers working sporadic weeksTimeframe:o 6 -9 monthso Starting ASAP I anticipate early August if we can find someone right away - due to the privileging and credentialing processResponsibilities focus of the search should be for the first 2 bullets - the rest can be discussed with the provider when they talk to him/her:o Outpatient clinic: approx 3 days per week types of patients will be discussed during the interviewo Supervising Stress Tests: approx 1 day per weeko On-Call: 4p - 8a as needed to fill in holeso Read Nuclear portion of a stress test - as needed to support the other providers who read NUCs - this is not a deal breaker if someone cannot read NUCso Hospital Consult service rotation this again will be ad hoc*WILL BE FLOATING BETWEEN THESE 2 FACILITIES*Location: - Outpatient clinic and Supervision of Stress Tests:Massena Hospital1 Hospital Drive Massena NY- Hospital Consult Service:Canton Potsdam Hospital Main50 Leroy Street Potsdam NYNY License in Hand Epic Experience Required AHA or RQI certs Must be Board Certified Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days If malpractice is involved dismissed or not we need a physician statement Please always include email phone for the candidate Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 08:00 - 16:00
