Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Cardiology Physician, working in a community-focused outpatient clinic and hospital setting. This rewarding locum tenens opportunity involves providing expert cardiology care, including supervisorial roles over stress tests and occasional hospital consultations. The role includes working primarily Monday through Thursday with a flexible rotating schedule for three weeks a month, ensuring you achieve a work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

Provide outpatient cardiology care approximately three days per week
Supervise stress tests approximately one day per week
Participate in on-call duties as needed
Optional: read nuclear portions of stress tests to support other providers
Ad hoc hospital consult service rotation

Qualifications

Board Certified in Cardiology
NY License in Hand
Epic Experience Required
AHA or RQI certifications

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
On-Call: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM as needed

Skills

Expertise in general cardiology and supervising stress tests
Ability to work independently in a solo practice environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred over 5 years of experience in the field
