Integrated Master SchedulerIn support of a challenging, critical, and rewarding program that provides integrated voice, video, and data services throughout the Information Technology lifecycle, Amentum is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team of IT professionals dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. To be successful, you must be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.Work Schedule: 5 Days (Mon – Fri); 8 hrs/Day; 40 hrs/wklyEssential Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of the Integrated Master Scheduler include, but are not limited to the following:Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Microsoft Project schedule that incorporates resource allocations and timelines, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across multiple functional departments and project phasesCoordinate the development of project schedules, including the integration of resource allocation, tracking, and performance analysis, while also focusing on critical path identification and assessment. Additionally, create comprehensive project plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and develop subprojects as needed to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and on timeCollaborate with workflow management, project managers, engineering teams, fielding and deployment units, and other relevant functional areas to create and refine project schedules. Proactively address and respond to any changes, challenges, or issues that arise, ensuring alignment across all departments and the successful execution of project timelinesActively engage in daily telecommunications and scheduling meetings, contributing to discussions and updates. Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities by effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities, all while ensuring seamless operations support and alignment with overall project goals and timelinesLead and facilitate weekly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) meetings with project managers, ensuring collaborative discussions on project timelines, resource allocation, and progress updates. Foster alignment among stakeholders, address any concerns, and drive action plans to maintain schedule adherence and project successPrepare and deliver comprehensive monthly briefings on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to government leadership, highlighting key project milestones, trends, and potential risks. Provide an insightful analysis of progress and any emerging issues, ensuring leadership is well-informed and equipped to make data-driven decisions for the successful execution of the projectMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI8 years of experience in project scheduling or project management, especially in a complex or multi-disciplinary environmentProven experience in using project scheduling software like Microsoft ProjectUnderstanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or HybridFamiliarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and other scheduling techniquesAbility to define milestones, deliverables, and manage project dependenciesMust be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through FridayAbility to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime if neededAbility to travel (5-10%) primarily within 75 milesFamiliarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project and VisioExceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environmentSecurity Clearance Required:Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCIMinimum Education:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:8 years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT or Project Management related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCertified Scheduling Professional (CSP)Microsoft Project CertificationExperience with ITILExperience with ServiceNowThis position is not designated as a safety sensitive position.As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
