The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project activities to ensure successful delivery in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee all phases of the software development projectCoordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverablesMonitor project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies as neededEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standardsCommunicate project status to government and contractor stakeholdersSupport program reviews, reporting, and documentation requirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience performing project management functions for a software development project of similar size, scope, and complexityCurrent TS/SCI with Poly ClearanceDemonstrated experience managing technical teams and coordinating across stakeholdersExperience supporting government or defense-related programs preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesired QualificationsPMP or equivalent project management certificationExperience or background in software development, including design implementation, testing, analysis, and debugging.Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
