NOW HIRING – CONCRETE PRODUCTION / CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Menomonee Falls, WI | 1st Shift | $20–$30/hr Based on Experience | Full-Time

WFA Staffing is currently recruiting for two full-time Concrete Production / Construction Laborers for a growing manufacturing operation in Menomonee Falls.

This is a very physical, hands-on position involving multiple stages of the concrete manufacturing and finishing process. We are looking for dependable candidates who enjoy working with their hands and have experience in construction, concrete, hardscaping, or similar skilled labor environments.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Experienced Concrete Candidates: Up to $30.00/hour depending on experience
Shift Options: 5:00am–1:00pm OR 6:00am–2:00pm
Lunch: Paid 30-minute lunch
Employment Type: Full-Time

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Concrete pouring and finishing
• Concrete flatwork
• Sidewalk, driveway, or patio installation
• Hardscaping
• Construction labor
• Hand and power tools
• Concrete repair and finishing
• Manufacturing or production
• Overhead crane operation – a plus, but not required

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assist throughout various stages of the concrete manufacturing process
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with pouring, forming, finishing, and handling concrete products
• Inspect finished products for imperfections or blemishes
• Perform finishing and repair work to ensure quality standards are met
• Safely move and handle heavy materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous construction or concrete experience strongly preferred
• Concrete flatwork experience is a major plus
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and repair imperfections during the finishing process
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/construction environment

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Once approved to start, employees must have:

• Safety-toe footwear
• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection will be provided
