Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Director of Recruiting and Business Operations at Viaduct Looking for a Social Media Administrator to drive the creative strategy and execution of our organic social media presence, primarily on Instagram. This role involves end-to-end content creation, including strategy development, filming, editing, and posting engaging content that accelerates audience growth and engagement—all while maintaining brand identity. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content strategy to enhance organic social media presence. Create high-quality, engaging photo and video content using Mobile and DSLR cameras. Edit videos and images using pro tools like Photoshop / Premier (or equivalent) as well as social media focused tools like Capcut/Tiktok. Manage posting schedules and community engagement to foster brand growth. Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement. Work with internal paid media team to edit influence content. Requirements: Proven experience growing a brand's Instagram through original content creation. Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design. Proficiency in DSLR camera operation for both photography and video. Experience with Photoshop and professional video editing software. Ability to work independently while aligning with brand aesthetics and goals. Creative Mindset: Strong eye for visual storytelling and on-brand content creation.
