This position focuses on product discovery and delivery, collaborating closely with our customer-facing product teams and content partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PatientPoint's content capabilities, driving measurable outcomes, and fostering best practices within a product-led culture.In this position, you will serve as a senior player-coach, accountable for product outcomes related to the content platform. You will also enable outcomes for stream-aligned product teams that support both core and Precision products. Your responsibilities will include coaching, enhancing, and achieving PatientPoint's product practice standards within the Content Intelligence domain. Additionally, you will manage a product manager who oversees PatientPoint's provider hub, guiding the future of content tools that cater to both internal and customer-facing needs.This role demands a hands-on approach, requiring strong product instincts, the ability to navigate uncertainty with structured thinking, a keen data acumen, and a focus on value creation.### Key facts**Location:** Not specified**Engagement:** Full-time### What you'll do* Develop and oversee the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the content intelligence platform, which includes digital tools used for content ingestion, storage, and delivery in provider offices and partner products. Gather insights from experts, stakeholders, and customers to identify valuable problems to solve, adapting the product strategy accordingly.* Act as the subject matter expert for provider content experiences at the point of care. Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Conduct competitive product analyses to understand differentiation in content capabilities and educate product peers and internal stakeholders about opportunities.* Lead the product discovery and delivery processes by collaborating with peer product teams, engineering, design, content, and business partners. Frame the right problems, execute structured discovery, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality product experiences while ensuring alignment with portfolio leadership.* Advocate for AI-driven product development by integrating AI capabilities into all aspects of product development and solutioning. This will enhance alignment, communication, analysis, and documentation, ultimately leading to quicker insights and market readiness.* Define success metrics through clear KPIs and OKRs linked to engagement, retention, and revenue. Create dashboards and develop new metrics as necessary. Continuously evaluate performance, derive insights, and prioritize actions based on data, assisting the team in interpreting performance data for rapid iteration.* Prioritize tasks effectively by collecting input from your team and working groups to inform your decision-making. Focus the team's efforts on the most impactful projects to achieve established goals.* Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Provider Sales, Client Sales, Customer Support, Data, and other partners to ensure alignment, efficient delivery, and effective go-to-market strategies.* Elevate the customer's voice by acting as a bridge between customers, content, and the business. Utilize empathy and curiosity to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, and refine tactics employed by PatientPoint to enhance user empathy.* Influence and lead by example, operating as a senior individual contributor while guiding and mentoring team members.### Requirements* A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the digital health or healthcare technology sectors.* Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution, with a strong understanding of content management systems and APIs.* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance metrics.* Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with product discovery techniques.* Ability to navigate and manage ambiguity while making decisions that drive value for the organization.### Nice to have* Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development.* Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.* Previous experience in a leadership role, mentoring or managing other product managers.* Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.* Background in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.### Skills & tools* Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).* Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).* Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.### Practical notes* This position may require occasional travel, estimated at 10-15 days per year.* The role is designed for a full-time engagement with a focus on delivering impactful content solutions within the healthcare sector.META**Company:** PatientPoint**Title:** Group Product Manager-Content Platform**Listed location:** Remote, US
