Do you have a passion for developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and making a lasting impact on children, families, and communities?The Pillars Christian Learning Centers is seeking an experienced Regional Director to provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early childhood education centers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This key leadership role partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations to drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen center culture, and support exceptional educational outcomes.The Regional Director serves as a coach, mentor, and strategic partner to Center Directors, providing guidance, accountability, and professional development to build high-performing teams. This leader will champion operational excellence across enrollment, staffing, financial performance, family engagement, and program quality while ensuring each school remains aligned with The Pillars' faith-based mission, values, and commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for children and families.The ideal candidate is an influential leader who can balance strategy with execution, confidently navigate multiple priorities, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals while cultivating a positive, supportive culture.
