Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) working in a Stepdown Unit located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Candidates are required to bring their active nursing license on the first day. The role involves providing advanced patient care for cardiology, postoperative, and critically ill patients requiring hemodynamic monitoring and specialized interventions. The RN will operate in a dynamic environment with a focus on complex cardiac and surgical cases, including telemetry, hemodynamic monitoring, and invasive procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required), BLS, ACLS, minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience in a related setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chest tubes, tubing, drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone, post-surgical lines/tubes/drains, Trachs/Laryngectomies, telemetry, complex wounds, central lines care and blood draws, hemodynamic and arterial line monitoring, use of external pacers, epicardial wires, TR bands, and management of vasoactive medications
• Additional Information: The role requires delivering specialized cardiac and surgical patient care including management of invasive lines, complex wounds, and life-support medications. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to monitor critically ill patients and operate sophisticated medical equipment.
